Not only presentations can be seen here, but also exciting videos from past projects. Take a look at the video from our charity event Run & Help. We organize the event annually at the Aase in Ibbenbüren and use it to support non-profit regional projects. In 2023 we will support disadvantaged and needy children.

Advertising Materials
We create our own promotional items for our customers, employees and various trade fairs. There is nothing we cannot implement. The sustainable BA. For example, glass bottles were given to all employees for Christmas.
Sport promotion
As a group of companies in the health sector, it is important to us to get involved regionally and nationally in the areas of sport, education, culture and social interaction. Among other things, we are a sponsor of the TuS Graf Kobbo Tecklenburg soccer team and the handball players of SG Ibbenbüren.

Our beloved StandBA.r is located at Ibbgoesbeach in Ibbenbüren, where you can relax after work and get discounted drinks. As a cooperation partner of Ibbgoesbeach, we organize regular events together, such as the party with the Disco Boys. But look for yourself...
New Work room concept
The entire building is designed in the New Work room concept, which enables our employees to work comfortably in a modern environment. The offices are flooded with light and have a very open design thanks to innovative separation solutions, yet they are still closed to one another in a department-specific manner.
Automatic temperature control
For optimal and sustainable temperature control, the entire building is equipped with ventilation/heating panels that enable automatic adjustment of the room temperature.
Automatic blinds
In order to keep the temperature throughout the building pleasant and constant, the automatic blinds independently regulate the darkening of the rooms.
Modern toilets
There are two modern and gender-neutral toilets on each floor.

IT & data protection

Acoustic partition
Our offices are designed in the New Work room concept - open and yet closed through innovative separation options. The advantage: You are always in direct contact with all colleagues and are right in the middle of the action. In order to keep the noise level pleasant, we work with acoustic partitions between the workstations

In our New Work room concept we have some offices that have a front made of soundproof glass. As the name suggests - you really don't hear anything here.

Click here to go to our BA.Fit room. BA.Fit is our health management concept that we launched in 2020. As a company in the healthcare industry, the well-being and health of our employees is particularly important to us. BA.Fit includes the building blocks of activity, nutrition and prevention. We offer our employees free monthly massage appointments that can be used during working hours. The offer is supplemented by business bike leasing, precautionary lectures and activities such as stand-up paddling, yoga courses and other exciting measures.
Purchasing team
This is where our employees from the purchasing department sit. A team of highly specialized buyers forms the basis for extensive specialist expertise and detailed advice. Close networking with suppliers and manufacturers also guarantees high delivery capability and thus security of supply.
